My journey in the medical field began with a distinguished medical degree with honors from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2008. This was complemented by pursuing a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School in 2004 and attaining a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Carolina in 1999.
Currently, I serve as the Chief of Medicine at Broward Health North, a Level 2 Trauma Center. In this esteemed role, I also chair the Utilization Committee and actively contribute to the Peer Review Committee. My commitment to excellence is further reflected in maintaining board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and holding certifications in emergency medical technology (EMT) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS). As a dedicated member of the Broward County Medical Association, I contribute to its finance committee, engaging in initiatives that advance healthcare in our community.
Beyond my professional commitments, I proudly lead humanitarian efforts as the Head of Medicine for the Humanitarian Aid and Rescue Project (HARP RESCUE). This role enables me to contribute to the delivery of crucial medical assistance to refugees and disaster survivors globally, embodying a commitment to positive global change.

Dr. Naval Parikh is a physician, clinical research coordinator, and head of medicine at the prestigious Broward Health North and Broward Health Imperial Point.
Dr. Parikh has practiced primary care medicine in South Florida for over ten years and draws upon more than two decades of experience as a physician, researcher, lawyer, and entrepreneur.
Dr. Parikh has worked with HARP multiple times in both Puerto Rico and the Bahamas. He assisted people who required immediate medical care after being trapped in their homes and unable to make it to a medical clinic due to the lack of roads, power, and infrastructure. He also helped bring a hospital back online after being devastated by Hurricane Dorian.
